Absolutely, every single one. We don't use digital printing or outsource any part of the making. Each card is cut, folded, decorated and finished by hand — which is why no two are ever completely identical.
Yes! We love custom orders. Whether you want a specific name added, a bespoke design, or something completely unique, drop us a message and we'll let you know what's possible. Allow a little extra time for these.
All orders are placed securely through our Etsy shop. Simply click "View on Etsy" on any card you love and checkout through Etsy's safe platform. You'll receive order confirmation and updates directly from Etsy.
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders can take 7–14 working days depending on destination. We always dispatch promptly but exact times depend on Royal Mail. Full details are listed on each Etsy listing.

Because each card is handmade individually, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue, please contact us and we'll always make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us enormously.
